Online purchases made through are valid for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. All return without proper return authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be unused and in resalable condition to be accepted.

When returning, pack the items securely to avoid any damage during shipment. Any items damaged during shipment may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping cost will not be refunded


We reserve the right to determine the saleability of the return items. Refund and credit checks will be issued within 10 days of accepted return. Please allow 2 billing cycles for refund to appear on your credit card statement. Any valid returns past 30 days can be eligble for a credit on your account. Credit offer will expire after 1 year of invoice date.

Once the problem is fully investigated, we will send you a return label along with the instruction and refund you the items and with the shipping cost.
